Rigid polyurethane insulation board/sandwich-type polyurethane insulation board is applied to various building exterior walls, roof insulation, as well as insulation for refrigeration and freezing facilities, building doors and windows, industrial equipment, and special vehicles; it is a new organic polymer insulation/thermal insulation material.
Our company produces BBS rigid polyurethane insulation boards with a continuous production line, with thicknesses ranging from 20-55mm, a fixed width of 1200mm, and customizable lengths. The density of the polyurethane foam material is generally 45kg/m³, and it can be adjusted up to 70kg/m³ based on requirements. The surface materials of rigid composite polyurethane insulation boards include coil-coated aluminum sheets (0.8mm thick), color-coated steel sheets (0.25-0.50mm thick), and marble-patterned aluminum sheets, among others.
Features:
1. When the density of rigid polyurethane foam is 35~70kg/m³, the thermal conductivity coefficient is only 0.017~0.023W/(m·K). Among the insulation materials currently in practical use, it offers the best thermal performance and the lowest thermal conductivity. In building exterior wall insulation applications, a 10mm polyurethane insulation board is roughly equivalent to the insulation effect of a 400mm clay brick wall.
2. Compared to other polymer insulation materials, rigid polyurethane insulation boards possess compression, shear, and tensile strength, allowing them to adapt to the normal deformation of associated base materials without cracking, hollowing, or other issues.
3. Polyurethane insulation boards have strong adhesion or composite properties with materials such as concrete, clay blocks, metal, wood, rubber, and glass.
4. Due to the closed-cell rate of polyurethane insulation boards exceeding 93% and the water absorption rate being below 3%, they offer excellent waterproofing performance.
5. Rigid polyurethane insulation boards can be used normally within a temperature range of -40°C to +90°C (with metal-faced composite polyurethane insulation boards having a higher temperature adaptability range), exhibiting high dimensional stability, good weather resistance, and chemical stability.
6. By adding flame retardants during the production process of polyurethane insulation boards, the combustion resistance of the polyurethane material can be adjusted and improved, achieving self-extinguishing upon removal of the flame and surface charring during combustion.
7. The finished polyurethane insulation boards are non-toxic and non-irritating, with no leaching of free formaldehyde, toluene, xylene, or other substances, making them suitable for direct use in residential environments.
